* "Chia-Luck" refers to a mysterious hereditary syndrome which runs in the Chia family where it rains immediately after we wash a car, the stock market plunges the day after we buy shares, we drive across the city to the best oyster omelette stall and queue for an hour only to find that they have run out of the tapioca flour. Mr Chia Cheong Fook was in London in 1966 and had tickets for the World Cup Final in Wembley Stadium, the last time England won the World Cup, but had to miss the match because his family arrived from Singapore during the second half!
